Roadmap — what's still coming
The rework is rolling out in stages. Some of the list below is officially confirmed; some is expected from community footage. We label which is which rather than presenting rumours as facts.

Survivor perks, classes & attack items
The headline of the rework is that survivors are getting depth for the first time. Perks are introduced with the VERITY event; classes, emotes and — most significantly — attack items are announced as the first way survivors can fight back rather than only hide. None of these have a published roster yet, so we are not going to invent one. Until they ship, the win condition stays exactly the same: survive to sunrise.
